Mortar
At Céramique Montréal, we use an ancient technique which consists in mixing sand and cement for all sorts of floor leveling projects ranging from ¾ of an inch to 5 inches. This process allows us to build custom residential and commercial shower basins, stairs, basements, etc.
Mortar is one of the only techniques suitable for hot water pipes for heating. Although this method has been on the decline since the 1980s, it is still the best way to level floors.
Large Format Tile Installation
We are pioneers when it comes to installing thin large tiles measuring 10 ft. x 3 ft. x 6 mm (i.e., Maxfine, Lea Ceramiche and Laminam). We also provide outstanding custom mosaics.
